Therapy is a powerful experience and it is important to feel connected and safe with your therapist. I use a blend of mindfulness and somatic based treatment modalities with the goal of helping clients begin to feel more connected mind, body, and soul. It is difficult to feel disconnected from yourself and others while dealing with the stressors of daily life, and asking for help is the first step to healing.
